In-person Training
Prices vary based on the number of sessions per week you choose for the month.
$30 per session for once a week, $25 per session for twice a week, and $22.50 per session for three times a week, all for a month.

About Me
Hello, my name is Hannah and I’m excited to be back in Kentucky training with Greensburg Athletic Club!
About me: I graduated from Lindsey Wilson College of Nursing with my BSN, RN and currently work as a nurse for Baptist Louisville. I come from a family of athletes and have always enjoyed a variety of sports, whether competitive or recreational. I was a proud member of the Taylor County Swim Team as a sprinter, holding multiple school records, and the track team as a throwing specialist. I went on to compete in swimming at the collegiate level with LWC while attending nursing school. I have been in a gym for as long as I can remember, watching my mother work as a personal trainer growing up. I was introduced to the importance of the gym and activity almost as soon as I was introduced to the alphabet. I’ve spent the past year in Hawaii, exploring the world and discovering my true passions. Now, I’m thrilled to be back home in the Bluegrass and excited to share those passions with all of you!
My philosophy: I believe that clean eating and consistency is the key to a long and healthy life. Multi-disciplinary training and variance of movement modality is imperative in order to lead to a break through in your fitness journey. I have a history of training with a variety of populations from high level competitive sport athletes, to convalescent patients in care facilities. I have learned through my personal and professional experience that what every population has in common is the need for functional, strong, and balanced training with clean nutrition to stay active and fit. Whether you are new to the gym, interested in shaping your dream body or just trying to secure the peace of mind of living a long healthy life, I would love to help!
